Hello,

i can’t search for any song, album or author with Deezer due to an error : The page did not load, this content is currently unavailable due to a technical error or poor internet connection. It’s been over a week I have this issue

I can however listen to my playlist even though not downloaded or access other contents such as explore for instance.

i have tried with several WiFi or 5g connections, with any result 

Do you have any idea How to fix it?

Hi,

Try these basic tips:

• Clear the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage -> Delete All.
If that doesn't work →

• Sign out of Deezer and sign back in with your email and password.
If that doesn't work →

• Uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play, the Apple Store, or the Deezer download page.

If that still doesn't work, please contact support for help with the issue on your device.

Deezer's online chat is very good; the chat entrance is in the bottom right corner.
