why don't i get a notification?

I don't get notified of the new songs and albums of my favorite artist.all my settings are good, even on the phone. Email is also on, it doesn't come either.

Yes I'm being billed $11.99 for my premium plan plus $19.99 for the family plan. I thought it was just $19.99 for the premium family plan.

Auto-start on login

Auto start on loginI’m on a Mac and recently I get a notification when I start the desktop app that it has added a setting and enabled that Deezer will auto-start every time I start my computer. If I set the Deezer in-app-setting to not auto-start and remove deezer from login items under Mac settings, it will just add it again and set the in-app setting to auto-start. I’d prefer to decide on my own that to start on not to start on my computer, what’s going on Deezer?

disappearing genres on flow main menu

Today deezer flow main menu only show the options : Discovery,news and favoritos. ALL the genres and modos was gone! It sucks! I love flow and thats my reason to subscribe Deezer.

Getting "error: failed to play", pausing music and requiring me to resume manually after okaying the error popup.

Anyone else experiencing this enjoyment ruining bug? Would be awesome it there was a solution, because I can't use Deezer for anything this way (not run having to get out of the bath to resume,.or to keep having it switch off during dinner).

Localized, non internal, Adverts on a Podcast [Premium Account]

I am listening regularly to Hubermann Lab Podcast and never had any other advertisment than the ones (in English, made by Dr. Hubermann itself) within the Podcast, and that’s ok.Today I just got it interrupted like 3 times mid sentence to very random silly localized (in Spanish, as I am in Spain, from Spanish companies).This had NEVER happened before, but not only that… I was re-listening a Podcast I just listened last week and back then didn’t happen! What is happening?? And yes, Premium Account.

Hello. I have been using deezer premium since november for 12 pounds. But lately I found out that I can pay 24 aed for deezer premium. But when I try to pay 24 aed, it wants me to pay 12 pounds again. It is twice expensive. Please help me someone.

Direct play from Deezer to Sonos

Hi just started a free trial and have downloaded Deezer on Sonos. when I go to play music On Deezer I click on audio then devises but it's only showing my iPad to play on not Sonos. I have deleted Deezer on Sonos rebooted and reinput Deezer again on Sonos still have the same problem. Deezer is not recognising Sonos. please advice.

Lyrics not available

HiMost of the songs I have saved in my playlits used to have lyrics but they dont any more.I have unistalled the app and installed it again, reboot my phone, delete cache and nothing works.Is this a known issue? Are you already working to fix it? When will it be solved?Thats the whole point of having premium account but i dont see the point of keep paying if that feature is removed

Deezer not showing up as music service in Google Home

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens.I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services.Thanks for any clue on this.

Deezer Desktop plays the wrong song from the playlist after removing another song from that playlist

Using Deezer Desktop on Windows, I play songs from my playlist. After I remove one song from the playlist, if I click on a different song to play it, Deezer will pick another song from my playlist instead.I need to close Deezer, or switch to a different playlist and return to this one later, to be able to play the song I want.I suspect that the ID of the songs in the playlist are not updated after the removal of one element, so when I click on another song, Deezer attempts to play a song with its old position in the list, fails to find it and plays the first element in the list (or a random element in the list?)
